Payment Information
We do NOT collect or store payment information.
All payments are processed securely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Paystack collects and stores:
- Credit/debit card details
- Billing address
- Payment history
We receive only transaction confirmation from Paystack (amount paid, date, plan type). We never see your card numbers or payment details.
Automatically Collected Information
We may collect:
- Email Engagement - Whether you open emails, click links (to improve job matching)
- Device Information - Browser type, operating system (for technical support)
- IP Address - For security and fraud prevention
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Deliver Job Alerts - Send daily emails with curated job opportunities
- Improve Matching - Refine job recommendations based on your preferences
- Process Payments - Manage subscriptions via Paystack

- Active Subscriptions - Data retained while your subscription is active
- Cancelled Subscriptions - Data retained for 90 days after cancellation (for potential reactivation or support requests)
- After 90 Days - Data is permanently deleted unless required by law

Job Data Sources

JobAgent is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.
9. International Users
JobAgent is based in South Africa. If you use our service from outside South Africa, your data may be transferred to and processed in South Africa. By using JobAgent, you consent to this transfer.
