JobAgent is a subscription-based SaaS (Software as a Service) product that delivers curated job opportunities to users via email based on their preferences.

Job opportunities displayed by JobAgent are sourced from:
JobAgent does not create job listings, nor does it sell employer listings. We aggregate and curate opportunities from legitimate sources.
Job numbers are indicated as "up to" the stated amount. Actual job delivery depends on:
We prioritize quality over quantity. You may receive fewer jobs if there are limited relevant opportunities available on a given day.
The weekly trial plan (R9.99 for 7 days) exists specifically to allow users to test the service functionality, delivery quality, and relevance of opportunities before committing to a monthly subscription. No refunds are provided for the trial plan under any circumstances.
Monthly subscriptions (Basic at R29.99/month and Pro at R49.99/month) may be eligible for refunds only in cases of verified technical errors that prevent the service from operating as described. This does not include dissatisfaction with job quality, relevance, or quantity, as these vary by market conditions.
If the service does not operate as described due to a verified technical error, users must report the issue within 48 hours of the initial payment for the issue to be reviewed for a potential refund.

Refunds are issued entirely at our sole discretion following thorough review and confirmation of the technical fault. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not provide sufficient proof of technical failure.

This is why refunds are only available for verified technical failures within 48 hours. Once the service has been delivered (even partially), the digital product has been consumed.
No refunds are provided once the 48-hour reporting window has passed, regardless of the reason. This policy applies to all monthly subscriptions. Users are strongly encouraged to use the R9.99 weekly trial to evaluate the service before committing to a monthly subscription.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period (except within the 48-hour window for monthly plans as outlined in Section 4).
